It means no. The 'yeah' just shows you heard the question or kind of see the point, and the 'nah' is the real answer.

Innit is short for 'isn't it', and you stick it on the end of a sentence to get someone to agree or just to add emphasis. It works after pretty much anything, not only 'is' sentences.
